Stay Young and Live Longer

I have an insight, how to make our body, our life stay young.. Look, i always feel scared about getting older and older every day...So, i write this because its really important for me..(and for you too, maybe)..

Here's the tips..

1. Sun bathing for 15 minutes to get vitamin D
2. Cut the meat, replace foods with vegetables and fruits
3. You don't want to be a vegan? Replace meat with fish and nuts.
4. Drinking wine (red wine is better) 1-2 glass(s) per day
5. Exercise as much as possible and do physical activity for yourself
6. Replace cow's milk with goat's milk
7. Keep walking
8. Drink lots of water
9. Have a sense of purpose. we must know our purpose everyday.
10. Spending time with younger people
11. Don't ever think to retire and relax. Keep working.
12. Laugh is better than buy something in a drugstore.
13. No smoking and drinking.
14. Believe in God

Last but not least, Do that 14 things continuously and make a ritual.
